PREPARATION

LTM Candidates must go through Mission Leadership School (MLS) , a training process for missionaries who are committed to ministry in the frontier areas for the purpose of fulfilling the BTJ Vision. It is a 12 week training which focuses on the following topics: spirituality, character, mission strategy, understanding cross cultural context, developing spiritual gifts, spiritual warfare, acquiring language, crisis management, and personal health. MLS is a time for missionary candidates to examine themselves and is a connecting point from past ministry to future ministry on the field. It is training for long term and 2 year short term missionary candidates and long term missionaries on their sabbatical, who have immediate plan to be dispatched to the field.

DISPATCH

After successfully completing MLS, one can be sent out to a number of different frontier areas.
